When you contact us, please include your organisation name, what you were doing, any error message and, if possible, a screenshot. Never send passwords or connector secrets.

Connecting CERP to ChatGPT

1. An administrator creates an MCP connector in CERP (organisation settings) and chooses its scopes. Copy its Client ID and Client Secret.
2. In ChatGPT, add the CERP app and choose Connect.
3. On the CERP authorisation page, enter your organisation name, Client ID and Client Secret, then approve.
4. Ask ChatGPT about your products, prices, sales or reports. It can only use the scopes you granted.
5. To disconnect, remove the app in ChatGPT settings, or deactivate the connector in CERP.
